Developing a mobile app for drivers

Landrover Jaguar Priority Club

Jaguar Land Rover Limited is a British multinational automobile company that developed a unique loyalty program for all clients of Jaguar and Landrover.

While adding some new features to the existing app we suggested client to change the design of the mobile app and add some new functions. Previous design was inconvenient in terms of navigation and was simply out of date. The new one was created in the style of both brands, the navigation was done with side menu addition. Functions of the app were divided into two categories: registered and regular users.

Solution

From the very start the project went through several changes and new features were added.

DASHBOARD

The app was created to serve the needs of the users of loyalty program Landrover Jaguar Priority Club. Right after the registration user gets access to expanded functions of the app including all info about main features of his auto and its service history. Every user can ask for help on a road and check the maintenance period.

HELP ON A ROAD

In this interface user can call for help on a road in case of any problem like empty tank or low battery. Moreover, client can ask for evacuation or taxi services to drive him home if the car was broken.
User can ask for help via online form or by calling the service center.

DEALERS AND PARTNERS ON THE MAP

For every user of loyalty program it’s neccessary to have quick access to partners and dealers of the program. In the app you can sort dealers and partners by its location towards your position. It also calculates the distance to every partner shown on the map and helps to create the most convenient route.
Moreover, every user can register for a service appointment with a dealer through the app.

SPARE PARTS INFORMATION

When needed, client can find out the price and all the info neccessary about any spare part of the auto thorough the app. The only things that are needed are code of the spare and region of your placement.
